Factories
Highlife has conducted Quality Inspections and Due Diligence Checks on all the factories to insure that your goods are shipped in accordance with your standards though it is important that Highlife doesn’t drop the standard with Employment and Environmental responsibility protocols in China.
Our Due diligence checks included a factory audit of the facility’s organisational structure, human resource management, factory resources, performance and financial position. This process helps to insure that the manufacturer has the capacity to produce your goods at a high standard of quality and on time to meet deadlines.
On all factories, Highlife has, through our experienced Quality Inspection staff checked and evaluated the factories Employment and Environmental responsibility protocols and procedures.
Highlife continually checks and can provide documentation that our factories does not use child or forced labour. Employees must have the Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining and access to adequate Compensations and be exempt from discrimination on any basis, harsh disciplinary practises, and unreasonable working hours. Above all else it is imperative that manufacturers must provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees involved within Highlife.
We also are kept updated and watching closely to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) making sure we follow their safety recommended guidelines. We will advise you if we see any hidden hazards within your garment – drawstrings on children’s clothing etc – we are willing to help and go through the recommended guidelines with you if or when needed.
