Highlife has worked with many businesses to supply affordably priced, high quality, beautifully designed custom workwear through our China and SE Asia factories.

We know there are three important things to consider when it comes to workwear:

  1. Your brand – workwear is one of the most visible representations of your corporate brand and we know that as well as looking smart and well-fitting, brand colours and logos must be accurately represented.
  2. Your staff – your staff should be happy and proud to wear their work uniforms so we work with our clients to produce  stylish, functional, comfortable, durable and easy to care for garments.
  3. Your budget – from a single-colour silk-screen print on stock shirts through to fully tailored uniforms with immaculate detailing – we offer a range of branding and manufacturing options to meet most budgets thanks to our industry know-how and network of suppliers. Our design team will work with you to find a solution what works for you

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver anywhere in the world?

Yes we organise international shipping through our Highlife Freight Management division which specialises in shipping, whether by road, rail, sea or air. 

Highlife Freight Management also provides a standalone shipping service for other factories and brands and we are renowned for our efficiency, favourable costs and on-time delivery.

Do you have experience manufacturing for schools?

Yes. We have provided school uniforms for schools in Australia and in Hong Kong. We are knowledgeable about the special requirements of manufacturing for school children and working with schools and PTAs.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We don’t enforce a minimum order quantity however, there is often an optimum minimum quantity that is determined by your budget and project.

This optimum quantity will depend on the garment type, whether it is stock or custom made, and how the customisation is done: is it a simple logo overprint or full customisation. Please discuss your project with us and we will provide a guide.

How do you ensure product quality?

We take pride in our work and your satisfaction is a top priority for us so we have procedures in place to minimise errors and ensure that you are delighted with your delivery. Those procedures include the vetting we do of our factories, the pre-production checks and sign offs as well as the checks that are done during production and finally, the checks done by our own in-house QC team before shipping. This allows us to boast 99% satisfaction levels with our orders.

Are you able to provide design services for our workwear?

Yes we can help with design. Firstly, we have produced so many garments that we probably have a pattern that is a close match for your design which can then be customised for your specifications. Alternatively, our pattern makers can work from a sample or your sketches to create patterns and samples for your design.

Are you able to source sustainable fabrics?

Yes we can and we can organise certification such as that provided by the Global Recycled Standard. Some of the fabrics we have used include ‘Better Cotton Initiative’ fabrics and EcoGreen and REPREVE which are both performance polyester fabrics made from post-consumer recycled plastic.

What is a typical turnaround time?

The turnaround time will very much depend on how much design work is needed before we start production. Working from an approved design, production usually takes 4-5 weeks.
